At NutriTrain, we are constantly searching for ways to optimize and sustain agricultural production in order to grow more resilient crops. To this end, we have established new test fields where we are evaluating various fertilizers and our own fulvic acid, Resil, on onions and potatoes.
What Are We Doing?
In these test fields, we are investigating the effectiveness of different fertilizers in combination with Resil. Resil’s main ingredient is fulvic acid, which is a natural substance that can enhance nutrient uptake in plants and increase their resilience to stress factors. This occurs in a more equal plant growth and development.
At one trial we applied our Rebound fertilizer before sowing. Rebound is a Calcium-Nitrogen fertilizer, with Resil, to help the onions to create better roots and more developed onion pipes.
More and different applications will be done in the next weeks. One of them is Resil on its own. By applying Resil we aim to support the detoxing of the onions from all the herbicides, to grow as hard as possible before the longest day will be reached.
Objective of the Test Field
Our goal is to identify which combinations of fertilizers and Resil produce the best results in terms of growth, yield, and overall health of the onions. We aim to use this knowledge to further improve our products and services and promote sustainable farming practices. All of this to guide farmers to grow more resilient crops, to be ready for the future of farming.
Follow Our Progress
We will be sharing regular updates on the progress of this test field on our website and social media accounts. Stay tuned for the latest insights and results!
